The Glenside Yard Sale will start bright and early on September 24th. If we have a heavy rain, the Rain Date is Sunday, September 25th. We will send an email to all participants if the sale will be canceled, and call those who do not have email.

 

All participants will receive a Yard Sale Survivor Kit courtesy of The Diane Cardano Home Selling Team at CARDANO, Realtors before the event. The Survivor Kit consists of the following:
  • Small Calculator
  • Price stickers
  • Plastic Bags for your buyers
  • Pens
  • Black Marker
  • Sales Sheet
  • Bottle Water
  • Goodies to keep buyers shopping at your home
  • Purple Phillies Tee Shirt - 1 size only
  • Yard Sale Flyers to post anywhere you want
  • Ability to post your stuff online to promote prior to event, go to "ViewPost Sale Items" button on menu and upload your sale items you want to promote
 
 
Each participating home will have their home listed on the website as a participant and can upload pictures of any speciality items for buyers to view ahead of time. 

ADVERTISING: We will advertise the Yard Sale online in Craig's List, Facebook and in the Montgomery Newspaper. If you would like it advertised in another place, let us know. We have flyers made up for you to post to help promote the event.

Signs will be placed along the participating streets the night before the event.
